Sweet and Creamy Stuffed Bread Chop recipe - How to make Sweet and Creamy Stuffed Bread Chop

Preparation Time:    Cooking Time:    Total Time:     5Makes 4 to 6 servings

4 bread slices
4 tsp peanut butter
4 tsp chopped mangoes
4 chopped dates (khajur)
1/2 chopped onion
1/2 grated carrot
1 tsp freshly ground black pepper (kalimirch) powder
salt to taste
oil to deep fry
1/2 cup besan (bengal gram flour)
4 tsp tomato ketchup
2 tsp chilli sauce
chopped coriander(optional)
  1. Cut each bread slice into 2 triagular halves.
  2. Cut the edges and to make the sandwich kind of chop you have 2 coat 1 side with peanut butter and the other with mango jam. Fill with the grated carrots, onions, dates, tomato ketchup and overlap the breads and dip it in the besan(chickpea flour) batter(besan,water,salt,pepper powder) and then deep
  3. Garnish with chilli sauce,coriander(optional),onions and serve hot.
