Sweet & Sour Apple recipe - How to make Sweet & Sour Apple

Preparation Time: 10 mts   Cooking Time: 15 mts   Total Time:    


  1. Peel, core & cut whole apple into thin wedges.
  2. Heat butter in a kadai & temper.
  3. When the ingredients are well fried, add apple.
  4. Cook on a medium fire.
  5. After the colour changes, add salt, chilli powder & sugar.
  6. Simmer for a few mts & then add vinegar.
  7. Mix well & remove.
  8. If you do not like vinegar, substitute lime juice
  9. But vinegar gives a characteristic taste.
