A summer drink made with freshly cut watermelons blended with yoghurt and a dash of lemon juice to quench your thirst in the scorching heat

Summer Cool Watermelon Lassi recipe - How to make Summer Cool Watermelon Lassi

Preparation Time:    Cooking Time:    Total Time:     4Makes 4 serving

1 whole watermelon (tarbuj) , deseeded and chopped to small pieces
340 g of low fat curds (dahi)
of sugar , additional required as per taste
1 tsp of lemon juice
3-4 cups (the cups in which the products are sold) vanilla icecream.
ice cubes as required
mint leaves (phudina) for garnish
watermelon (tarbuj) cubes for garnish
  1. Firstly chop the watermelon into cubes and deseed them.
  2. In a blender,add the watermelon cubes,yoghurt,ice,sugar and blend it until it turns to a smooth mixture.
  3. Add a dash of lemon juice and blend again.
  4. Fill the glasses with ice,pour in the mixture,top it with vanilla ice cream .
  5. Add watermelon cubes and mint leaves for garnishing.
