Sukhi Bhel recipe - How to make Sukhi Bhel

4 cups muri (also called fari or mudhi)
1 onion, chopped
1 cucumber, chopped
1 tomato, chopped (seeds removed)
1 green chilli, chopped
1 1/2 tsp chaat masala
1/2 tsp dried mango powder (amchur)

chopped coriander (dhania) and sliced coconut for garnishing


  1. Pour muri in a big bowl. add chaat masala and amchoor powder.
  2. Mix together all the chopped vegetables in the muri.
  3. Serve garnished with coriander and coconut.
