Stuffed Lychees with Cream Cheese recipe - How to make Stuffed Lychees with Cream Cheese

2 cups canned lychee , drained
1/2 cup cream cheese
1/2 tomato , chopped finely
1/2 cucumber , peeled and grated
salt to taste
chilli powder to taste
  1. Combine the cream cheese with the tomato and the cucumber and season to taste.
  2. Refrigerate till the tomatoes are firm.
  3. Stuff each lychee carefully stuff with a tiny spoon or a butter knife.
  4. Serve in a fancy platter with sliced tomatoes and olives.
