Strawberry sponge cake is a mouthwatering and quick sponge cake recipe which can be prepared easily at home with fresh strawberries and cream. Share and recommend your favorite cake recipe, strawberry recipe online.
- First sieve the maida, baking powder, cooking soda together.
- Now put all the ingredients in a mixie and grind them well.
- Take a round glass bowl, coat it inside with ghee or butter.
- Pour batter into glass bowl.
- Microwave on 60-80% power for 10 mins.
- Let it stand for a couple of mins before inverting onto a dish..!
