This is a recipe meant for everyone. . . Made with very few simple ingredients with a refreshing new twist to the regular strawberry milkshake makes it healthier and complete breakfast option especially in hot summer days.

Strawberry Dates Smoothie recipe - How to make Strawberry Dates Smoothie

Preparation Time:    Cooking Time:    Total Time:     Makes 2 servings

4 to 5 strawberries , halved
3 dates (khajur) , deseeded and chopped
1/4 tsp flaxseeds powder
1 tsp honey
1/2 cup milk
4 to 5 ice cubes
  1. Combine the milk and ice and blend in a mixer till ice is crushed.
  2. Add the dates and flax seed powder and blend in a mixer till smooth.
  3. Add the strawberries and honey and blend again till smooth.
  4. Serve chilled.
