A simple healthy steamed snack...
- combine the semolina with the curds and salt, mix well and keep aside for 5 hours at room temperature.
- Pour it into a tin and steam it for about 10 -15 minutes till firm or till a toothpick comes out clean when inserted.
- Cool and cut into desired shapes and serve with chutney of your choice.
