or you can add 1 tbsp of rice flour instead of oats.

Method


  1. Grind moong sprouts, curry leaves, cumin seeds, blackpepper corns, onion, ginger and garlic into a coarse paste using enough water.
  2. Mix in salt and oats.
  3. Grease a griddle or non stickpan and make medium sized round dosas.
  4. Cook on a medium flame .
  5. Cook on both sides light till golden brown..
  6. Enjoy with fresh ghee and any chutney of your choice.
