1 bunch of spinach (palak) leaves
3/4 cup boiled macaroni
4 tbsp plain flour (maida)
2 large sized onions
3 tbsp butter
1 1/2 cups milk
water as per requirement
salt to taste
pepper to taste
2 tbsp grated cheese for garnishing

  1. Wash the spinach leaves and cook on a slow flame for a few minutes with very little water.
  2. Make paste in grinder after it cools down.
  3. Boil the macroni with litle oil and salt in water and strain.
  4. Chop the onions finely and fry in butter till cooked.
  5. Add the plain floor and cook again till the floor is cooked and is light in weight. add some butter if the mixture seems too dry.
  6. Add milk to this and cook until the mixture is tick and boils.
  7. Add the macroni, spinach paste, salt and pepper.
  8. Add some water to make proper thickness of the soup.
  9. Cook till the soup boils.
  10. Serve hot with little grated cheese (optional).
