2 cups potatoes , cut into wedges (with the skin)
2 tbsp melted butter
1 tbsp olive oil or oil
1/2 tbsp grated garlic (lehsun)
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp dried rosemary
1/2 tsp crushed pepper
salt to taste
4 tbsp grated processed cheese
  1. Combine the potatoes, melted butter, olive oil, garlic, oregano, rosemary, pepper and salt in a bowl and toss till the mixture coats the potatoes evenly.
  2. Arrange the potatoes equally spaced on a baking tray and bake in a pre-heated oven at 200°c (400°f) for 25 to 30 minutes or until the potatoes are cooked, while turning over the potatoes once in between after 10 to 12 minutes.
  3. Serve immediately.
