Spicy Potato Rolls recipe - How to make Spicy Potato Rolls



Preparation Time:    Cooking Time:    Total Time:     Makes 5 servings

5 bread slices
2 medium sized peeled , boiled and mashed potatoes
1 tsp garam masala powder
salt to taste
1/2 tsp red chillies flakes
curd required
2 tbsp plain butter
  1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl except the curds and the bread slices.
  2. Heat a non-stick pan, add the mixture and saute on a medium flame for 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat and keep aside.
  3. Spread the mixture onto the bread slices.
  4. Drizzle little curd on top.
  5. Roll the bread slices to form a bread roll.
  6. Serve hot with your favourite chutney.
