1 packet krack jack biscuit or any salt biscuit
1 cup sour cream
1 capsicum
1/2 onion
1 tomato
coriander (dhania) to garnish
1/2 tsp chilli powder
1/4 tsp black pepper (kalimirch) powder
1/4 tsp chaat masala
salt to taste

  1. Cut capsicum into tiny pieces.
  2. Take oil in a kadai and fry onions & capsicum .
  3. When it is half cooked add salt and red chilli powder. fry till capsicum gets cooked.
  4. Take sour cream in a bowl,add the onions & capsicum.
  5. next add cut tomato pieces , chopped corriander , pepper powder, chat masala and salt.
  6. Mix well and chill overnight.
  7. When ready to serve, take one tablespoon of the mixture and top it over a krack jack biscuit and its ready to serve.
