Special Lassi recipe - How to make Special Lassi

2 1/2 cups fresh curds (dahi)
1/2 cup chopped mint leaves (phudina) leaves
1/4 cup chopped coriander (dhania)
chopped ginger (adrak)
1 slit green chilli , finely chopped
1/2 small raw mango , sliced
salt to taste
black salt (sanchal) to taste
1 tsp roasted cumin seeds (jeera) powder
ice cubes as required
  1. Combine the mint leaves, coriander leaves, ginger, green chillies, raw mango, salt, black salt and roasted cumin powder and blend in a mixer, adding a little water to a fine paste.
  2. Add the curds,1 cup of water and ice cubes and blend again. Pour into individual serving glasses and serve chilled.
