The spicy Spanish rice , also known as Mexican rice made from white rice, tomato puree, garlic, cilantro and other ingredients is as much a pleasure for our eyes as our taste buds. A nice twist to a typical rice or biryani recipe, Spanish rice is definitely a must try!
- Boil tomatoes add salt then make a puree out of it then boil it add red chilli powder and garam masala to it and boil it throughly
- Cut onions like a long stripes and then shallow fry it. keep it aside
- Put some ghee in a sauce pan then fry jeera to it the put rice in it and cook it . as soon as rice is about to be cooked add the tomato puree, salt and chilli sauce to it and mix it.
- Preheat the oven for 300/350 degrees. grease the ovendish nd then spread the rice on it then layer it with grated cheese and fried onions. and cook for 15/20 mins in oven
- Serve hot.
