Soyachunks in Bell Peppers

Just had some bellpeppers and soya chunks handy and needed to make a quick subzi. So just added some onions and tomatoes to it with simple spices. It turned out very delicious and everyone loved it.
Method- Soak soya chunks for about half an hour, drain and finely chop them.
- Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add the onions and sauté for 2 minutes. Add tomatoes, chopped red, yellow and green capsicums, spring onions and soya chunks. Add salt and cover the pan with a lid and let it cook over aslow flame.
- After 5 minutes open the lid, add garam masala, turmeric powder and pepper powder and sauté on low flame for a minute.
- Serve immediately.
