I have used commonly available products like soya flour, soya oil, tofu, soya sauce and soya milk to modify a few traditional recipes and to formulate new recipes. To enhance the adaptability and taste of soya recipe I have blended it with various ingredients like vegetables, green peas etc cooked in spicy tomato gravies, curds, different flours etc. Since all the products, especially tofu and granules, easily absorb the essence of various spices and gravies, these recipes are sure to tickle your taste buds!
