Peas or carrots can also be added to make this more nourishing.
- Wash poha and drain well , soak soya granules for 2 mins.
- Heat oil add asafotedia , mustard seeds , green chillies kadi patta leaves add salt ,
- Now add poha and the soya granules.
- Cover and cook till done approx 10 mins
- Add sugar and lemon juice.
- Mix well add coriandr leaves and
- Serve hot with ketch up or chutney
