Soya Paratha recipe - How to make Soya Paratha

Preparation Time: 30 mts   Cooking Time: 30 mts   Total Time:     4


  1. Mix the wheat flour with water and make the dough.
  2. Keep it aside for minimum of 2 hrs.
  3. Soak the soya bean in water, the previous night.
  4. Cook the soya bean in the pressure cooker with salt and haldi powder.
  5. Cook the potatoes and mash it well.
  6. In a fry pan,add oil and heat it.
  7. Add rie.after it cracks,add hing,curry leaf,ginger garlic paste and chillies.
  8. Now add soya bean.mix it well.
  9. Allow the soya bean to cool for few minutes.
  10. Grind the soya bean in a blender.
  11. Now mix mashed potatoes with the soya bean paste.add chopped coriander leaves.
  12. Add salt if neccesary.

  1. Make one roti, and keep one small ball of soya paste.
  2. Cover the soya paste with roti and again make a round.
  3. In a non stick pan,put the paratha.turn the other side.
  4. When it is slight brown colour put the oil around the paratha
  5. Serve it hot with tomato chutney.
