If you ever thought, "Oh, what can be different about a dough!" you are in for a surprise here. With the addition of soya products, the dough gets enhanced with nutrients like protein, calcium, iron, vitamin A, etc. If you do not get soya milk easily, use water or normal milk instead.

Ingredients

1/2 cup whole wheat flour (gehun ka atta)
1/2 cup plain flour (maida)
1/4 cup soya flour
3 tbsp soya milk
salt to taste
1/4 tsp soya oil for kneading
Method
    Main Procedure
  1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and knead into a soft dough adding water as required (you will require approx. ½ cup water).
  2. Cover with a wet muslin cloth and keep aside. Use as required.

Use of soya flour and soya milk improves the nutrient quotient of the regular wheat flour dough...this recipe is full of calcium and protein. These two nutrients are important especially for people on vegetarian diet!
