Ingredients

10 bread slices (each cut into 4 pieces)
1 tin milk maid or condensed milk
1 cup milk
5 to 6 cardamom (elaichi)
3 tbsp chopped cashewnuts (kaju) , pistas
oil for frying the bread pieces
Method


  1. Fry the bread pieces in the oil till golden brown.
  2. Pour milk, add 3/4th tin of condensed milk and elachi together and boil it for thick consistency.
  3. Add the bread pieces one by one into the thick mixture.
  4. Add rest of condensed milk and cook for another 4-5 min.
  5. Garnish with the chopped dry fruits and serve.
