Schezuan Macaroni Snack recipe - How to make Schezuan Macaroni Snack

1 cup macaroni
6 tbsp besan (bengal gram flour)
2 tbsp schezuan sauce
1 tsp dried fenugreek leaves (kasuri methi)
salt to taste
1 tbsp cornflour
3/4 cup water
oil for deep frying
chaat masala to sprinkle
  1. Boil macaroni pasta then drain all water.
  2. For batter, combine the gram flour, schezuan sauce, dry fenugreek leaves, cornflour, salt( if required) together and make thick batter.
  3. Add boiled macaroni and ensuring the batter coats the macaroni evenly.
  4. Heat oil and deep fry macaroni till golden and crispy.
  5. Serve with tomato ketchup.
