The delicate flavour of orange rice will give a colorful combination of fruits. It will give the aroma of orange.
- Heat the butter in anon-stick kadhai and add the rice.
- Add sugar and grated orange skin in rice and stir occasionally.
- After the rice has absorbed sugar and turned dry, let the rice cool down.
- Before serving, add all fruits and toss well.
- Serve warm.
