Ingredients

1/2 cup chopped mixed vegetables ( green peas, french beans, carrots, corn )
1/2 tsp chilli powder
a pinch turmeric powder (haldi)
1/4 tsp garam masala
1 tsp oil
salt to taste
Method


  1. First boil the vegelables with some water.
  2. When they are half boiled and let the water dry up using a high flame and stir it continously.
  3. Now add oil to it and lower the flame.
  4. After a one minute add other ingriends and stir fry.
  5. Now put this mixture on bread and cover it with other bread and put it in the sandwich maker
  6. When they are done remove and serve with milk as breakfast or tea as a snack in the evening.
