Salad Sandwich recipe - How to make Salad Sandwich

3 slices whole wheat bread
1 cup mixture of raw mango,beet,spring onion,carrot,mint,corrianderand one small chilli grated in a processor
1 cube butter
1 cheese cube
1/2 cup ratlami sev
spices like coriander-cumin seeds (dhania-jeera) powder, chilli powder
salt and sugar to taste

  1. Mix dhania jeera, chilli powder, salt and sugar to taste in the grated mixture.
  2. Butter all 3 bread slices
  3. On first slice spread the salad mixture.
  4. Put other slice on top of it.
  5. Spread some ratlami sev on it.
  6. Grate the cheese on the ratlami sev
  7. Cover with third slice.
  8. Remove the edges and cut to 8 square slices and serve.
