Rice Water Soup recipe - How to make Rice Water Soup

Preparation Time:    Cooking Time:    Total Time:     Makes 2 servings

2 cups cooked rice water
1/2 cup grated carrot
2 tsp ghee
1/2 tsp cumin seeds (jeera)
1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper powder
1 tsp seasoning cube
salt to taste
chopped coriander (dhania) to garnish
  1. Heat the ghee in a kadhai, add the cumin seeds and when the seeds crackle, add the carrots and saute slightly.
  2. Add the seasoning cube and black pepper powder, add salt to taste.
  3. Add the rice water and mix well.
  4. Boil for 10-15 seconds and garnish with coriander.
  5. Serve hot.
