  1. Add oil in a vessel
  2. Add jeera ginger green paste & hing
  3. Add water
  4. Add salt to taste
  5. Add soda
  6. When water boils
  7. Add rice flour and mix well
  8. Cover for 2mins
  9. Add corriander mix well cover for 1 min
  10. Seve hot with oil.
