A simple recipe, kutkava uses the leftover rotis and dal together in a delicious, innovative kutkava recipe. The roti is cut in small pieces and simmered in dal to be served after a couple of minutes , garnished with coriander leaves. Relish kutkava with desi ghee sprinkled on it.
