Rather than using high glycemic index rice, this 4 Flour Dosa is made with fibre-rich flours like whole wheat, bajra, jowar and nachni. Another ingredient used is protein rich urad dal. Folic acid in urad dal helps your body to produce and maintain new cells, especially red blood cells.
