Parathas recipes

Parathas are ideal to have for dinner or to carry in a dabba, because they are self-sufficient in terms of taste and nutrition, and do not require many accompaniments. Parathas can be made by combining all the ingredients into the dough, or as a stuffing. They can be cooked with ghee or butter on a tava, and enjoyed with a subzi, or curds and pickle, as per your convenience. Aloo Gobi ke Parathe, Bajra Gajar Palak Paratha, Aloo Paratha, Jalebi Paratha and Palak Paratha are some of the must-try recipes in this section.
