And as our lunch menu would consist of different courses which would be heavy, she would always suggest for something light and healthy for dinner, so would cook one of the Indian one meal dish.

As my mother was a working women and somedays she would be busy with work, I and my father would cook Vegetable Pulao with raita, as it’s a meal itself and is also quick to make.
