Bhakarwadi is one of the most famous Maharashtrain dry jar snacks. In the regions of Kerala and Tamil Nadu where yellow bananas are easily available, crispy Yellow Banana Chips are made. Gujaratis love their deep fried Farsi Puri. One snack that will be in most South Indian homes and also a great tiffin food for kids is Murukku. Then there is the Whole Wheat Flour Chakli jar snack.

After preparing your jar snack recipes, always remember to cool them completely before storing, otherwise, they will ‘sweat’ and become soggy! Take care to store in a truly airtight container, and keep the jar well lidded at all times. If handled properly, they will last for a week or more.

Indeed, jar snacks are a pleasant addition to any day. It is fun to munch on a jar snack when chatting with friends. And, jar snacks themselves will keep you company when you are alone – with their crisp, fun-packed taste and texture, they are sure to reboot your day.
