Kadhai recipes

One of the most common of cooking utensils, found in almost every home, the kadhai is a thick, round-bottomed pan, which is medium deep. It is used for sautéing and deep-frying, and is indispensable in the preparation of subzis. Kadhai Vegetables and Kadhai Paneer are amongst the most famous subzis at restaurants and they steal your heart with their spicy flavour and rich texture.

Aloo Tuk, a Sindhi specialty made of deep-fried potatoes is yet another kadhai product. In this section, you will find many more such delightful kadhai based recipes like Batata Chips nu Shaak and Bhinda Sambhariya, which are wonderful to have with phulkas, garlic roti, etc.
