Shallow Fry Indian Veg Recipes

Cooking is an art and requires a set of method to prepare and cook food. The texture of final product largely depends upon the method of cooking. It is extremely important to understand different cooking techniques which will help you master any recipe. There are many cooking methods like Boiling, braising, poaching, blanching, frying etc

Frying is divided into two basic categories, deep and shallow. In deep frying, the food product is immersed in oil whereas in shallow frying it is just covered 1/3rd in height. Shallow frying is a healthier method than deep frying. Always keep a paper towel to drain excess oil post frying.
