This used to be the most avoided dish some 10 years back but now with so many variations being done one can remove the bitterness and in the same time retain it's nutrition and make it very tasty. The recipe of this Pav-bhaji is slightly different from the conventional recipe, where chopping, sauteing and mashing is required. In this recipe all ingredients are Pressure Cooked to make it in a quick manner. Hence, the name is Quick Pav-bhaji.
