Palak panner is known to all, but here is something that is a substitute to those who are on diet and need to avoid paneer. Replace it with soya. It is a style of making paneer (cheese) in pudina based chutney. The cooking of cheese in pudina paste really makes the overall dish exclusive one. The green color dish has mint, spinach leaves and coriander to make the dish green and healthy.

This is a favorite of one and all. There are a lot of variations to this dish. The one that i have shown here is a very basic one. This dish can be made very quickly and requires very less oil so undoubtedly healthy and very nutritious.
