Pregnancy Breakfast recipes

Eating a nutritious breakfast for a mum-to-be is super important, even on days when you feel nauseous or have morning sickness. Try options that are most easy to make and full of nutrients that give you the necessary kick start to the day and promote baby’s overall growth.

Focus on filling breakfast options like Cabbage Parathas, Jowar Upma, Methi Palak Dhoklas, Multi flour Idli and so on. To overcome nauseas early in the morning opt for dry snacks like Bajra Khakhra or sip on nutri-dense juices and shakes such as Orange and Mint Juice and Date and Banana Shake.

To make up for your iron and folic acid, which are the most required nutrients throughout the pregnancy, we have included breakfast ideas like Spinach Dosa, Matki and Jowar Parathas etc.

Eat as much as you feel comfortable, but remember no to miss out on this first meal of the day.
