While eating whole fruits and vegetables is always the best to gain the maximum fiber, some amount of fiber is also retained even after juicing which will help to curb cholesterol. So turn to this section occasionally on days when you are bored of eating whole fruits. Most of the juices shared in these section are made in a hopper as the fruits or veggies are too hard to be blended in a mixer. Hence some amount of fiber will be lost, however they are a ladder to gain some antioxidants too, which in turn have a helping hand in maintaining the lining of the arteries.
