Chock full of nutrients, this Tendli and Matki Sprouts Bhaji is an easy preparation of tendli and matki in a traditional manner, with usual taste-givers like onions, green chillies, tomatoes and spice powders. Getting the matki sprouts ready takes time, but once done the healthy tendli sabzi is easy and quick to make and serve.

 

Healthy Sprouts Sabzi with Gravy Recipes

Generally, spinach is combined with paneer or potatoes in everyday cooking. In this easy Spinach and Moath Beans Curry, it is combined with sprouted matki, to exponentially increase the nutrient content. A special masala paste made with everyday spices makes this sprouts based extremely flavourful.

This recipe makes use of the popular pav bhaji masala along with tomatoes, onions and other spice powders, to produce a rich flavour that tickles the taste buds.

 

Khatta Moong is a quick and easy Gujarati sabzi recipe. It is super easy to make and is made with minimum and the most basic ingredients. Each ingredient used in the recipe is used in Indian houses on a regular basis such as moong sprouts, sour cuds, besan, ginger green chilli pasta and spices. While this recipe makes use of 2 tsp of oil, it tastes equally flavourful when made using 2 tsp of oil.

 

A very unique preparation of spicy mix beans vegetable, this recipe combines moong, masoor and kala chana, with a radically different choice of vegetables, namely cauliflower, baby onions and tomatoes. A pungent masala paste imparts a lingering flavour to this Mixed Pulses with Vegetables, while a simple garnish of coriander gives it a perky touch.
