Amla, grapefruit, orange, sweet lime, pomegranate, strawberry, black jamun are some of the healthier options to stock up in your refrigerator. These vitamin C rich fruits help build our immune system and ward of inflammation too. Try and avoid juicing them in a hopper as that would lead to a lot of fiber loss. Use a good quality juicer instead.
