Chinese cuisine is a zesty one, with colourful and crunchy veggies, tongue-tickling sweet-and-sour notes and spicy flavours. It is much-loved by the Indians, so much so that all over India we can find several customised versions of Indian dishes using Chinese seasonings and sauces, as well as Chinese dishes using a dash of Indian spices and ingredients! This band of dishes can well be called Indo-Chinese cuisine. We will find mostly authentic Chinese dishes, as well as a few adapted or Indianised versions of Chinese recipes in this section.

Chinese recipes use a lot of ingredients like garlic, ginger and spring onions, as well as sauces like soy sauce, vinegar and chilli sauce, which instantly pep up the flavour of the whole dish. Me and my family enjoy Chinese food. But some time we don't want to eat oily and fried chilly paneer or Manchurian. Spring rolls come in both fried and non-fried variety. Today's recipe is non-fried rolls. These rolls tastes delicious and are also healthy. Wonderful filling of tofu and veggies are wrapped in a spring roll wrapper and served with spring roll sauce.

nutritious , simple and novel rice recipe. here ginger is the main spice as it blends well with fruits and vegetables. Garlic, chilies and spring onions would dominate the mild flavors so they are preferred to be served separately in the form of soups or salads, if required, with this rice.
