Chinese cuisine is a zesty one, with colourful and crunchy veggies, tongue-tickling sweet-and-sour notes and spicy flavours. It is much-loved by the Indians, so much so that all over India we can find several customised versions of Indian dishes using Chinese seasonings and sauces, as well as Chinese dishes using a dash of Indian spices and ingredients! This band of dishes can well be called Indo-Chinese cuisine. We will find mostly authentic Chinese dishes, as well as a few adapted or Indianised versions of Chinese recipes in this section.

Chinese recipes use a lot of ingredients like garlic, ginger and spring onions, as well as sauces like soy sauce, vinegar and chilli sauce, which instantly pep up the flavour of the whole dish. We will also find corn flour and maida used in several recipes, as a thickening agent for the sauces and soups, or for coating deep-fried delicacies like Baby Corn Fritters, Crispy Fried Vegetables and Chilli Paneer. The recipe is an original creation. Chili aloo is similar to paneer chili. Instead of using paneer you use potatoes. The dish taste great, it can made spicy or mild, however preferred. Chli aloo is a chinese starter but can be eaten anytime, anywhere!

Genarally many kids will not like to eat radish, so if we prepare like salsa they cannot identify the raddish in that.
