Rawa kakdi pancakes / dosas recipe - How to make Rawa kakdi pancakes / dosas

1 Cup Rawa
1/2 Cup Grated Kakdi
1/2 cup finely chopped onions
1/2 Cup Grated Coconut
2 green chillies, finely chopped
1 Small Bunch Coriander Leaves Finely Chopped,
1/2 inch Ginger Finely chopped / grated
salt to taste

  1. Mix all the above ingredients to form a batter.
  2. The batter should be such that it should be soft & a bit watery. not as made for rotis neither the consistency of our normal dosas.
  3. Take a non-stick tawa & spread the batter with your hands. like you spread for bhakris.
  4. Roast it on both sides evenly till it becomes brown on both sides.
  5. Serve it hot with white butter / makhan
