  1. Apply ginger chilly paste to papaya slices and keep aside for some time.
  2. Heat the oil in kadhai.
  3. Combine all the batter ingredients into a deep bowl and make a smooth flow semi thick batter.
  4. Take marinated papaya pieces, dip into batter and deep fry it it until brownish.
  5. Serve it garnish with chilies, chutney and tea.
