Ingredients

1 1/2 cups White Sauce with processed cheese in it
1 cup any type of pasta ( penne and macaroni recommended) , boiled
1 carrot, blanched and cut into rounds
15 to 20 spinach (palak) leaves, blanched
5 button mushrooms (khumbh), blanched
salt and black pepper (kalimirch) powder to taste
grated processed cheese for garnish
1/4 cup hot water

Method

Mix water and white sauce together and bring to boil
Add vegetables and then season with pepper and salt
Add pasta and half teaspoon olive oil.
When it is ready serve hot with cheese on top of it.
