50 gms rangoon na vaal (broad field beans)
50 gms carrot cubes
50 gms green peas
5 baby corns
50 gms mushrooms (khumbh)
50 gms capsicum
2 green chillies
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp m.s.g
2 tbsp tomato ketchup
2 tsp sliced ginger (adrak) ,
salt-acc to taste
oil adjust according to preference
  1. Cut all vegetables into thin,long pieces.
  2. Heat oil add cut chillies,garlic and ginger flakes.
  3. Saute for few seconds.
  4. Add all the vegetables.
  5. Stir fry in high flame for 4-5 min without burning.
  6. When partially cooked add salt,ajino moto,soy sauce,tomato ketchep.
  7. Check for seasoning.
  8. Serve dry or gravy with chinese fried rice or noodles.
