Potatoes in a simple but delicious red gravy. The ideal dish to cook up when in a hurry!
- Heat the butter in a pan, add the cinnamon, cloves and cardamoms and fry for a few seconds.
- Add the prepared tomato paste and sauté for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Add the potatoes, cream, sugar and salt and cook for 5 to 6 minutes.
- Serve hot.
