  1. Soak the puffed rice in water for 5 minutes and squeeze out the water by pressing with your palms and keep aside.
  2. Heat the oil in a kadhai and add the mustard seeds.
  3. When the seeds crackle add turmeric powder,hing,curry leaves,green chillies,onion and tomatoes and cook for 4-5 minutes on low flame stirring occasionally.
  4. Add the soaked puffed rice and cook for 2 minutes stirring continuously.
  5. Serve hot garnished with coriander and lemon juice.
