  1. Select pomegranate of good variety.
  2. Pomegranate seeds are reddish and sweet.
  3. Cook rice till sticky in pressure cooker.
  4. Add milk and sugar.boil till thickening starts.or add sweet condensed milk.
  5. Stir steady in simmering flame.then add fresh pomegramte seeds.

Why sugar? One must restrict saturated fat, sugar, salt in our diet. If at all it is a dessert, hence sweet necessarily, I suggest jaggery (preferably organic, sulphur free).
