Poha ka Salad is a lovely salad recipe with soaked poha or rice flakes tossed with salt, pepper powder and lime juice. a healthy and low cal evening snack option, the poha salad can be made with curd as topping.
- Clean the poha and soak them in the coconut water for 10-15mins.
- Chop capsicum,tomato,tondliand cucumber finely.
- Add all the chopped vegetables,boiled green peas, corriander, pomogranate, greenchilli and ginger paste, lemon juice, salt and pepper powder to the soaked poha .
- Serve chilled.
